Every Edox order ships free of charge to addresses within the United States and Canada. Orders are dispatched from our North American fulfilment centre and are fully insured in transit.
Processing & delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.
- A signature is required on delivery for the security of your timepiece.
- You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.
30-day returns
If your Edox isn't right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it is:
- Unworn and in original, resalable condition;
- Returned with all packaging, tags, links and documentation;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, email info@edoxwatch.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid, insured return label. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of our receiving and inspecting the watch.
Special orders and engraved pieces may be non-returnable; this will be noted at checkout.
