1. Who we are

This website, edoxwatch.com, is operated by The RGM Group ("we", "us"), the official retailer of Edox Swiss watches in Canada and the United States. Our address is 920 Yonge St, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You can contact us at info@edoxwatch.com.

Edox® and related trademarks belong to Montres Edox & Vista SA, Switzerland, and are used under licence.

2. Using this website

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. You may browse without an account. If you create one, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised. We may suspend accounts that are used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

All content on this website (text, images, logos and designs) belongs to us or to Edox and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or resell it without written permission.

3. Products and prices

We make every effort to describe and photograph our watches accurately. Colours and finishes may look slightly different on screen. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars for Canada and US dollars for the United States. We may change prices, descriptions and availability without notice. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email. Payment is processed securely by third-party providers (such as Shopify Payments, Shop Pay and PayPal). We do not store your card details. We may decline or cancel an order if payment fails or if we suspect fraud. Ownership of the watch passes to you once payment has been received in full.

5. Taxes and duties

Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. For orders shipped to the United States, import duties and taxes are not included in the order total and are your responsibility. They may be collected by the carrier at delivery.

6. Shipping

We ship to Canada and the United States only. Standard shipping is free. Delivery times, tracking and other details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Please check your parcel when it arrives. Report any damage or missing items to us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Returns and refunds

You may return a watch within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy. The watch must be unworn, in its original condition and in its original packaging, with all tags, papers and accessories.

8. Warranty

Every Edox watch purchased from us is covered by the Edox 2-year international manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, accidents, misuse, water damage caused by improper use, or servicing by unauthorized repairers. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or consumer rights you have under the laws of your province or state.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or your purchase. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have under the laws of the province or state where you live.
