Shipping Policy

We ship to Canada and the United States from Toronto, Ontario.

Free shipping: Standard shipping is free on every order to Canada and the United States. There is no minimum order value.

Express shipping: Faster delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: Every order is shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our Toronto location.

Processing time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment.

Taxes and duties: Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. For orders shipped to the United States, any import duties or taxes are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer. They may be collected by the carrier at delivery.
