2-year international warranty
Every Edox timepiece purchased from Edox North America is covered by a 2-year international warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the date of purchase.
What's covered
- Movement and functional defects under normal use;
- Manufacturing faults in the case, dial, hands and crystal.
What's not covered
- Normal wear (straps, bracelets, battery depletion on quartz models);
- Damage from accident, misuse, or unauthorised service;
- Water damage where the crown was left unscrewed or seals were compromised by wear.
Servicing your Edox
To keep a mechanical Edox performing at its best, we recommend a full service every 4–5 years, and a water-resistance check before each diving season for sports models. All service work is carried out by Edox-trained watchmakers using genuine parts.
Making a claim or booking a service
Email info@edoxwatch.com with your reference number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue. We'll arrange insured shipping and provide an estimate before any chargeable work begins.
