A fine Swiss watch is built to last generations — with the right care. Edox North America keeps your timepiece running accurately and water-tight through certified servicing by Edox-trained watchmakers using genuine parts.

Recommended maintenance

  • Every 2 years: a maintenance service to verify water resistance and optimal functionality — especially important before each diving season for sports models.
  • Every 4 to 6 years: a complete service, to address the natural wear of more than a hundred synchronized components in constant movement.

Service types

  • Complete service: full dismantling, movement overhaul, component replacement, ultrasonic cleaning, water-resistance renewal and final inspection.
  • Maintenance service: case disassembly, battery replacement (quartz), cleaning, seal renewal and inspection.
  • Battery service: case opening, battery replacement and gasket renewal.
  • Polishing service: a complete refreshment of the case and bracelet (excluding surface-treated finishes such as PVD or DLC).

Sending your watch in

Before shipping your Edox for service, please:

  • Include your International Edox Warranty Card with the retailer stamp and purchase details;
  • Add a note with your contact information and the reason for servicing;
  • Pack the watch with adequate padding and send it by registered, insured mail.
